Do you have any detail? I could not find anything at the website, even five days after the 2.0x was released. And, no incremental update, either.

As I just discovered, you must select the Win32 directory, not update.

Weird that it's not available on automatic update.

Firefox version 2.0.0.1 includes eight security fixes, covered with MFSA 2006-68...MFSA 2006-76. The full list is available here.

Five of them have Critical severity level, two have High severity and one has Low severity, in turn.

BTW: Thunderbird version 1.5.0.9 fixes almost the same security issues, but MFSA 2006-74 is totally new. Link to the seven Thunderbird advisories is here.

Update:
These issues have been assigned as Highly Critical Secunia advisory (Firefox) SA23282, link and Highly Critical SA23420 (Thunderbird), link to the advisory.

SA23282 includes the advice to update to the version Firefox 2.0.0.1 and Firefox 1.5.0.9.

Using the FF 2.0 "search for updates" results in a no new updates found notice. Same for Thunderbird.

It takes a day or two to get the automatic updates. Similarly for any other information on the website.

Interesting scenario: suppose you have TB 2.0 beta? Are you then at risk since these security fixes are not 1.5.0.9?
