Problem With "Php" And "Php My Admin"?

I have installed php,apache and mysql on my windows.i have also downloaded "php my admin" but it is not installed I don’t what is the mistake then my uncle tell me why not visit the site of web design here is you can download free software & free templates & you can solve your problem on any particular subject., but I not understand How should i installed php my admin to use "mysql"
plz also tell me how can i do designing part on php because php has not designing editor like asp.net, dreamweaver and frontpage

You don't need PHPMySql to use MySQL. It helps you managing the database. If you are not familiar with database, I suggest you not to play around with it.

PHP is a scripting language, not for page design.
