Wow, new brushed metal iMacs. 20" and 24", up to 2.8GHz Core 2 Extreme CPUs. 1GB memory standard across the board, with 2GB in the high end model. The graphics are a bit slow though, look at the reviews of the Radeon 2400/2600 and you'll see what I mean.

Overall, this looks like a nice upgrade.

Prices are (in USD) are starting at $1199 for the 2Ghz/20" model with 1GB ram, 320GB HDD and Radeon 2400 graphics.

I can't believe they actually went through with that weird-looking keyboard... the iMac itself looks pretty cool though.

Apple released new all-in-one iMacs, featuring new sleek aluminium design. The new iMacs are available in 20 and 24-inch widescreen displays encased in elegant and professional aluminum and glass enclosures. Speed starts at 2.0 Intel Core 2 Duo, and up to 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Extreme with 4MB of shared L2 cache (previously up to 2.33 GHz), and the maximum memory support is now up to 4GB of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM memory (previously up to 3GB). AirPort Extreme 802.11n Wi-Fi is now a standard option.

The iMac line features ATIâ€™s next generation of graphics with the ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB of GDDR3 memory and the ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT with 128MB of GDDR3 memory. The maximum internal storage is now up to 1TB.
