address book and Bookmarks

Postby Blurr » Sat 08 Feb, 2003 1:00 am

I am presently dual booting between Win 98SE and XP. I have NS 7 installed in win 98 and everything is working fine. I have now installed NS7 on XP and I need to get my addresses and bookmarks moved over to NS7 in XP. Can anyone explain how I would go about this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Knowledge Base - Transfer/Backup Netscape Profiles.

One small note. The address book in NS 7 is abook.mab , and the bookmark file is bookmarks.html . Also, I assumed you mean that you have seperate profiles for each OS, so if this is not the case, just post it here.

Hi Blurr,

In addition to Mr. Tinkles' purrrrrrrfect advice, I have posted a guideline for Creating a new Profile which also might be helpful.
