During MWSF 2008, Bare Bones Software released TextWrangler 2.3, an update with a number of new features and improvements.
TextWrangler is a general purpose text editor, it is powerful enough to be everybody's and programmer's tool from the company that made Yojimbo.
TextWrangler 2.3 also fixes a number of bugs. For completely detail on TextWrangler 2.3 please see Release Notes. TextWrangler is completely free. No ads, no string attached. However, if you are a professional, you might want to use BBEdit instead.
TextWrangler 2.3 is a Universal Application and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
