The Camino Project has released Camino 1.6.3, a maintenance update to Camino 1.6 released on 17 April.
Camino 1.6.3 contains the following improvements over version 1.6.2:
- Upgraded to version 1.8.1.16 of the Mozilla Gecko rendering engine, which includes several critical security and stability fixes.
Camino 1.6.2 contains the following improvements over version 1.6.1:
- Upgraded to version 1.8.1.15 of the Mozilla Gecko rendering engine, which includes several critical security and stability fixes.
- Camino will no longer crash when displaying a popup while a bookmark is being dragged.
- Feed and OpenSearch notifications remain visible until dismissed.
- Improved ad-blocking.

Camino 1.6.3 requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later, 50MB free hard drive space and is a universal binary which runs natively on both PowerPC- and Intel- based Macs.
