FF3 - context menu over embedded videos?

Postby Anonymosity » Sat 21 Jun, 2008 3:19 am

If I right-clicked over a video plugin frame with FF2, I would get the plugin context menu, but if I clicked next to that, the regular Firefox context menu would appear. This no longer happens with FF3. Is there any way to get that back?

This area is one that I don't use. But I don't understand your question.
"This no longer happens with FF3. Is there any way to get that back?" [emphasis added]
Do this and that refer to "If I right-clicked over a video plugin frame with FF2,"
or to
"but if I clicked next to that, the regular Firefox context menu would appear."
or to both?
Or do I completely misinterpret the question?

If I use Youtube, for instance, and right-click over the video frame, I get a small pop-up menu from the Shockwave plugin. With FF2, if I left-clicked next to that menu, I would see the type of pop-up menu belonging to Firefox. I liked that menu, and I do not get that with FF3. I get only the context menu from the plugin. I want that Firefox context menu as well. Could it have been Unplug that made that happen, or was it something within Firefox?
