A problem, a condition?

Postby Fulvio » Wed 26 Feb, 2003 3:58 pm

Well, it is not even a problem, may be a condition. At the latest count, I had five different Netscapes 7.x, all from different sources or versions.

My habit has been to keep the latest, and if all if well I delete the older version (yes, I have to delete, because uninstalling would remove all of the same version. There is only one listing per version). Anyway, to the "condition". I like to have a different icon for each, and so, I may be using some Mozilla icons, or anything which I like. I am bored of the same NS icon. Too much blue is driving me crazy. So, then I installed DJGMlite, I selected the winInspectorMain icon. It has bright yellow/orange background ,and the same type of magnifier, found in Windows Explorer. The magnifier is orange/red. I select that, and while Windows is having a burping spell, the icon changes to a similar one from Mozilla. The path for the selected one is
C:\DJGM7.02\chrome\icons\default\winInspectorMain.ico, and it is always seen, even if I go to Change Icon. But, the path of the other one is C:\archive\iconopack\winInspectorMain.ico, and it is quite different.
And, this goes back and forth. Any idea?

Everything is ok, now that I complained.
