I was just reading an article at the zdnet site, and featured was the fact that 10.52, for PCs and MACs had a serious vulnerability, fixed in 10.53.
I tried to upgrade from my Opera10.52, but it looked like a mess, with no toolbars, and black sections. So, I closed it, and downloaded 10.53 from Google Chrome.
It does not work to upgrade on top. 10.52 remains in the Add/Remove, but it can be uninstalled, leaving 10.53, apparently, ok.
It is a nuisance, at best, and I am ready to give up on Opera, which was the first browser other than the mandatory IE, on my computer. It is very quirky!
