I'm facing a difficult problem.

I can't access any HTTPS sites. No matter what browser I am using, I'm prsented with a warning that the sites security certificate is not valid.

I've reset my network, and the network adapter for this computer.
I'm not having this problem with any of the other computers on my network.

Any help?

Browser: IE 8, Google Chrome 3.0.195.25, Firefox 3.5.3, SeaMonkey 1.1.18 and 2.0RC1.

It simply means the said site's certificate has been expired or is not generated by one of the trusted companies. (It costs money to buy an SSL certificate)

The transmission to and from the said site is still secure (encrypted), however, the said site is not "verified" (by one of the trusted companies), hence there's a trust issue.

Depending on what sort of sites you are visiting, some sites just don't think it is worth to invest the proper SSL certificate.

But you see Antony, this is not limited to one site. It happens with all SSL sites.

Its happening with facebook, Gmail, iGoogle, and numerous other sites.

Check the date of your computer, and make sure it is accurate.

Are you able to access those SSL sites from another computer?

I fixed the date and time. I didn't notice it was off. Must have been from when I reset my MOBO.

Thanks for the help.

Oh, and yes, I checked them at school, and on my parents computer.
