A U.S. District Court judge decided this morning that Psystar cannot sell clones of Apple's Macintosh computers.

This wasn't unexpected. Psytar so brazenly violated Apple's EULA. It's no surprise at all that they lost.

My only question is, what about the people that bought from them, and didn't know that it was illegal? Where do they stand?
