Posted this back in January and didn't get fix so I thought I would try again. Am now up to NS 7.02 and still have the same problem. Maybe NS just dosen' like my iMac. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Using an iMac 333 with OS8.6 and can't seem to save a jpg or any other type of attachments with NS7.0 or NS7.01. Have worked with Netscape support and tried all their suggestions with no results. It worked fine with NS6.02. and works fine on my old Mac Power PC also running OS8.6. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix? Or does NS7 just not support saving email attachments on an iMac 333. Appreciate any help with this one. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried dragging the attachments to the desk top from the email header but it wouldn't drag. Thanks again.
