1.4.1 RCs out . . .

The Moz 1.4.1 RCs are out, if your interested see this post by Asa. :)

Yes, a fix for the GDI resource leak in Windows95/98/Me is included in this release. I installed it on my Windows 95 computer - it used less resources than Netscape 7.1 did.

Jarrad,
the resources are the least of my concerns. GRE is the problem, so can you install 1.4.1 and Netscape without xpcom.dll crash. I am fine with 1.4 from the unzipped file, but that is a different beast (the same goes for 1.5b)/

I have Moz 1.4.1 RC1, Netscape 7.1 and Communicator 4.7 on that machine, no crashes so far . . .

It worked, no GRE conflict. Only, that occasional one time crash at MSVcrt.dll
which has occurred in NS7.1. I can go right back in with no further problem.
