For what it's worth, I think Bill Gates is right.
I don't think Open source has helped Netscape very much, then of course neither did closed source.
It seems they just let him runaway with MSIE.
You have to be a visionary like Mr. Gates, to
make a programme work with all the virii that are
on the NET these days. So there are bugs, but there are bugs in all the other programmes too.
Even though I prefer Netscape, [perhaps because I started out with NS 2.0] I must say, I still think that Gates was years ahead of everyone with his
UserAgent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98)
