No there will not be any charges agains Tom Sneddon because he did nothing other than presenting the strongest case possible, which obviously was not a good one.
Thomas W. (Tom) Sneddon, Jr. has pursued Michael Jackson twice over 10 years on allegations of child molestation.
"... his motivation is crystal clear -he absolutely hates Michael Jackson, and that became very, very clear in a news conference where he could not contain his glee, over the arrest of Michael Jackson. The problem is, you need evidence, not contempt, to convict Michael Jackson, and Tom Sneddon has never been able to produce any, over his decade-long vendetta."

Some people suggested that Tom Sneddon used his position for his personal vendetta against Mr Jackson.

Why, for defaming his name? These cases never hold up.
Mr Jackson's passport was surrounded, Mr Jackson's speech was limited, Mr Jackson's house was raided.

And this Tom Sneddon not just won't apologise, but will launch new investigation against Mr Michael Jackson.

If my house is raded, nothing will happen. Just because order required MJ to not state anything does not mean that the attorney or the state of california should pay. To be honest, I think MJ is happy its over and wont persue any more.

Honestly, I was wrong in this case. But my assumptions said he was.

The point is... Mr Michael Jackson was wrongly accursed. I was referring to "compensation" for being wrongly accused, and all the limitation, trouble of it.

Did Michael Jackson's team file any counter-suing (against that greedy mother)? I can't find any news about this.

Well, thanks to Tom Sneddon, Santa Barbara County now faces more than US$2.1million on unsuccessful prosecution of the singer. The US$2.1million does not include the cost for investigation or the costs of the grand jury, the prosecution's criminal costs and other expenditures.

However local businesses are happy with the trial, particularly hotels restaurants and wireless internet cafes.

Our justice system worked.

As long as there is one shred of doubt in any trial by jury, the jury MUST acquit (find "not guilty") the defendant.

:)

The things that don't break us make us stronger MJ. You are now a much stronger person although you must feel so tired and drained.

Best wishes for the future in all that you do and I hope God carries this message to your heart and mind as you have done so much good it is time to regain you for the artist, the person, the giver and the sharer.

Hope you have dreams not nightmares because that's when things are getting better. When things are going really well in my life I have dreams that I can fly so high in to the air and look down on everything on the ground, hover around or just manouvre around the tops of the trees.

I have just moved in to a new place and my dog Benny (Labrador) is smiling alot more these days and sleeping really well. Anyway he's by my side and nothings going to stop us from suceeding and regaining what we had.

Tak care. I can't believe what a strong person you are and an inspiration.

So how terrible was this Tom Sneddon?

He does not have good evidence but personal vendetta.

He was to present the photography of Mr Jackson's genitals he took on the Christmas Eve 1993 after Jordy Chandler accused Michael Jackson.

[quote]At Mr Jackson’s trial, Mr Sneddon asked the judge for permission to enter into evidence the photographs of the singer’s “splotchyâ€

Theres a great place down next to the sea to just watch and listen to the waves and get away from it all. E-mail me if you want, I have a car :-) There is also a beautiful waterfall. Something similiar happened to me and it turned my life upside down for a while. Maybe I will visit you one day if you want. I love travelling but never been out of Australia but that is possible. Take Care. Time heals all wounds my friend. I have my own money from savings so don't worry about me paying for myself ok. Take Care Michael. :-) The sun always shines after the rain.

As we all know, the entire Michael Jackson case was simply due to that greedy parent.

The good news?

Los Angeles County prosecutors today filed five felony charges of welfare fraud and perjury against the mother of Michael Jackson's teenage accuser, the woman whose credibility was at the center of the pop star's acquittal on child molestation charges.

The welfare fraud investigation forced the woman to invoke her 5th Amendment protection against self incrimination before she answered any questions on that topic.
