Just FYI, nearly all of you probably shouldn't be trying this; it's more 'trunk' than the trunk if you know what I mean. Full of bugs, bad UI and unfinished features. I love its idea and where it's heading, but most end-users will positively hate it until it reaches maybe 0.5. Toolbar customization is the only thing that Phoenix has missing in Mozilla (and that won't be the case for long).

I didn't know that, 0.1 was pretty stable to me!

I don't have any problems with it's stability. I just don't think it's "for me" (I use pretty much everything included with Moz except for Composer and Venkman)

It's very stable for normal browsing purposes.

Seems stable to me also. How do you view your plugins with this browser?

Should be the same as for Mozilla, although Phoenix will naturally use it's own plugin folder.

I copied the entire plugins folder from one of my Mozilla. The critter is very simple, but it works. All Netscape bookmarks and IE favorites were copied, and I moved all I could to the Personal Toolbar. All I need is a nice Phoenix icon, which I have not tracked down yet.

Fulvio,

Do a search for images from the old TV show "Battle of the Planets". You might get lucky and find one of their craft in "Phoenix mode" or whatever the heck it was when it turned into a flaming whatever. Looked like a big flaming bird streaking across the sky. Grab one you like and convert it to an icon, viola!

P.S. - Anybody that makes fun of me for actually having watched that show back in the 70s is going to get a face full of claws!
