1.5, 1.6a and 1.6b issue with mail settings

Postby kac » Tue 09 Dec, 2003 7:11 pm

One of my users is having a strange problem with the mail account settings. We cannot select and get the option to stick for Copies & Folders | Place a copy in. So far he is unable to check the box and have his sent messages be sent in the sent folder.

Any ideas? Could something be corrupt? And if so, what can be done to correct it. He was using 1.5 until the problem popped up a week ago. I installed 1.6a yesterday and then 1.6b today and still have the problem.

Thanks,

ken

If you use the same profile for all three, you would carry on the problem.

I installed each version over the previous, so I do not think the profile is being used by more than one version. I check though. Meanwhile, if I delete the profile will it be rebuilt, clean? I do not mind re-doing all the settings, I just do not want to loose his saved email or email folders.

Thanks for you help!
