Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) or sometimes referred to as Universal Time Coordinated, is the current term for what was previously referred to as Greenwich Mean Time. For example, 0 (zero) hours UTC is also referred to as midnight in Greenwich, England, specifically at the Royal Observatory Greenwich in Greenwich, England.
