Problem sending email

I am using Netscape 7.02 with Mac OS 9.2 and have been problem free for over a year. Starting today, When I send email I receive the following error message:

Sending of message failed. Unable to open the temporary file
Sharon's HD:Applications (Mac OS9):Netscape 7.02:Netscape
Folder.Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.

Started today and driving me crazy. Can anyone fix?
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20030208 Netscape/7.02
