[Fixed] Temporary Distortions at Sillydog's Homepage

Postby goGecko » Fri 27 Aug, 2004 9:24 pm

I recently upgraded to Netsape 7.2 and I experience substantial video corruption when visiting sillydog.org's forum. Whole roles of overlapping pictures appear on the borders (top, bottom, etc...) I really wish that I could give a screenshot but I don't have anywhere to post it. Did anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Note: I had no problem visiting sillydog with Netscape 7.1. This is definitely a problem with my computer's Netscape settings and not Antony's server.

Thanks for reporting.

I am sure most people don't understand "whole roles of overlapping pictures appear on the borders..."

Try [tt]shift[/tt] + [tt]reload[/tt] the page, and enable the style sheets from websites.

Hopefully Resolved

Very strange, but clicking shift-reload did fix the issue. I would gather that this was probably a cache issue and it is now resolved.

Regarding the overlapping images, I saw what looked like thousands of small gif images that looked like a chain.

As previous posts have shown, my computer was s a little bit unsettled earlier today but it is working better now.
