When I try to access windows update I get this message.

I think that I have been banned form using Windows update.

use the Windows Update link from your Start menu.

well he did update his 2000 computer to SP4

Hi,
I do not believe in applying updates/patches.
I need to use the catalog to update a computer at work that has not internet commection to get a item that is only avaible form Windows update.
At work I do updates.(As I have to)(Regardless)
