The error of "Can not open the Mozilla Registry" was being caused by the software "Window Washer 4.0". When it was loading at startup it scans for the seleted programs to "wash" that I have selected. IE, Media, Recycle and I had set Netscape 7.0. Well it trys to open it and Netscape will not allow it to read. Simple, I removed "Window Washer 4.0" from start up and TA DA. Problem solved. Thanks for all your feedback. Hope this helps someone else
