I have installed netscape 7.2 and mozilla at same PC and setup netscape mail for netscape webmail. When I start mozilla mail, I'll see my netscape webmail inbox and the msg list, but will get a error message 'Failed to connect to server imap.mail.netcenter.com'. My qeustion is can I use mozilla mail client to connect to netscape webmail?

Netscape 7.x has additional proprietary components to access Netscape Webmail
within the Mail and News client. The Mozilla App-Suite does not have the ability
to access Netscape Webmail except via the web interface in the browser.

And judging by what you said earlier, it appears that you're sharing a profile
between Netscape 7.x and Mozilla 1.x. This is generally not recommended.

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

I don't know if Linux is any more forgiving than a PC, but sharing a profile even between two versions of Netscape or Mozilla may lead to unpleasant consequences. Create a new profile ASAP.
