Opera 8 Beta 3 netowrk connections

Have the removed the ability to adjust Max and Total connections in the newest beta release? Maybe I'm blind but I no longer see this option. So how does one go about changing these settings now?

Those selections have been restored in the official release of Opera 8.0 (both Linux and Windows).
