Many more people use Mozilla Firefox than "Netscape" 8.0 beta.
It would be cool to just have something that is designed for "Netscape" only :-)

For those who like the excellent Modoki theme,
The current version of Modoki (v. 1.0.4) is not compatible with Netscape 8.0.1.

Let's hope lowandsh can continue the good work and bring us a new version for Netscape 8.0.1. :-)

Just noticed the new Modern Modoki theme (ver. 1.10) is now available for Netscape 8 (final).

Yes, it's now available for Netscape 8.
I've just installed the theme on my N8.0.1, and no problem so far.

FYI,

Now it's version 1.11.
Fixed problem occured when you moved URL box or Search box to personal toolbar or new toolbar.
If you are using these boxes on the default position, you don't have to update in a hurry.

Thanks for the very nice theme! - Installed correctly, without issues!

One question: Is there a way to put the "NS throbber" back in?

EDIT:
Ah ah! - didn't notice it before - its at the upper-left corner!

Try doing this: Replace the icon of a button you don't use with netscape's throbber, then put that icon on the right. :)

Now Modern Modoki is version 1.12.
Lowandsh tried to fix a personal toolbar problem when ForecastFox is installed.
If you are using ForecastFox, have a try 1.12.

Now Modern Modoki is version 1.13.

What's new.

Adjusted icon-size and dropmarker-position of some Extensions(ViewSourceWith, ChromEdit, Compact Menu, Diggler, EMbuttons, Chatzilla, Translate).

If you are using these extensions with N8, I recommend updating to ver 1.13.

Now Modern Modoki is version 1.14.

This version is for Netscape Browser 8.0.2.
There's no new additional changes.

BTW, if you are still using 8.0.1 for some reasons, you can't update to 1.14 using theme manager.

Added dropmarker for the search engine switch. Changed border of the sidebar. Adjusted icon-size and dropmarker-position of some extensions (ViewSourceWith, ChromEdit, Compact Menu, Diggler, EMbuttons, Chatzilla, Translate). Support for 8.0.2.

version 1.16

Now Modern Modoki is version 1.16.

FYI, some of the changes on 1.15 (dropmarker on search box) and 1.16 (internal code, namely install.rdf) are per request of Netscape. They needed these changes to host Modern Modoki on the Theme Park page.

It took nearly 2 months since I first submitted the theme to Netscape.

They also requested to change the engine icon from N mark to Firefox mark, confusing your theme with Modern Modoki original. :)
