I think I'd better summarise the cybersquatting case here.

Why I registered ufaq.net?

Well, it was not a big secret, or have anything to do with UFAQ.org.
It was a plan to extend SillyDog701's service besides the browsers.

background:
SillyDog701 is not ashamed to admit that SillyDog701 does not have a huge database of knowledge base, although there are many useful threads in SillyDog701 Message Centre. And it was a plan to combine SillyDog701's Netscape KB and other third parties' Help, Tips and KBs. (They wish not to be named.)

domain name:
The original name was "the real knowledge base", one guy suggested "useful" instead of "real", but no one besides me liked the name "Knowledge Base (KB)", and I don't like "Help" or "Tips". So we compromised with the name "FAQ".
Finally they came up with the name "SillyDog701uFAQ" (which I don't like) and "United FAQs". Of course, I was aware the existence of "The Unofficial Netscape FAQ". However, since the planned "United FAQs" was to include Mac app KB, Windows KB, and browser KB (not just Netscape or Gecko based browser), we saw no problem with the name "United FAQs" or the domain name "ufaq.net".
(Evidence: there are other domains I bought in the same time as the ufaq.net)

UFAQ.org cybersquatted SillyDog701:
As it turns out, the project of combining knowledge bases or FAQs are scrapped. The domain name ufaq.net was not used at all. Instead of parking it for doing nothing, I redirect it to ufaq.org purely as a courtesy. It is not "something up [my] sleeves" as Jay Garcia said.

The response from Mr Jay Garcia was completely unacceptable. I redirect traffic to ufaq.org as a courtesy simply I don't need ufaq.net. In return, Mr Jay Garcia registered 3 domains consisting exact spellings of "sillydog" and all pointed to UFAQ.org. Mr Jay Garcia even demanded me to apologise to someone who cybersquatted SillyDog701 (he no longer requested such an apology.)

Later, there's "DrDean" case, who said to be a neutral observer, but clearly on Jay Garcia's side. There are enough evidence suggesting Jay registered with "DrDean" account name to highlight Jay's insulting paragraph and suggest me to take Jay's offer (after a series of insults) and later shifting the attention.
Of course, DrDean and Jay both denied DrDean is Jay Garcia.

Of course, ChrisI and Alice could not comment on Jay Garcia's unethical behaviour.

In short: I bought ufaq.net for other usage, the plan was scrapped, then I redirect traffic to Jay Garcia.
Mr Jay Garcia bought 3 domains in response, but did not return the same courtesy. Instead he used all those domains for his own benefits.
Also for a period of time, Jay demanded me to apologise.

Back to the domain issue.
I am resolving this issue with Mr Jay Garcia.

You are? Could have fooled me. Been waiting and waiting for several days to finish this issue. Only takes a few minutes.

Let's get moving on this so we can put this all behind us.

Just to announce that UFAQ.org's cybersquatting against SillyDog701 is over.

However, SillyDog701 regretfully repeats the fact that UFAQ.org has yet to show any signs to restore the friendship.

The insulting word transpositioning/censoring game conducted by UFAQ.org more than 6 months ago was only briefly blamed to another admin during the cybersquatting issue. That secret admin or anyone representing UFAQ.org has yet to apologise on such insult. ([sdt=7565]detail of such insulting word censoring[/sdt])

Furthermore, Jay Garcia wrote following during the cybersquatting period.
JayGarcia wrote:2) The word censor episode on the UFAQ was done by another admin, I won't say who, not ChrisI "he's not an admin" and it's nobody you know, and when I discovered it myself, I immediately removed it.
However, Jay Garcia also said in a feedback to SillyDog701:
And BTW, I am the only one involved in the UFAQ, so there is no "UFAQ Gang".
So he's the "only one", and there's another admin, he won't say who. That's interesting.

SillyDog701 welcomes all friends, and has been trying very hard to work together with other sites.
