Postby BND123US » Mon 29 Jul, 2002 12:47 pm

When trying the following url http://ge.com/ge/faqs.htm page loads good 1st time but when i hit reload the top search thing gets distorted.

The same thing when I try with http://www.ge.com/ge/faqs.htm this never happens.

Please help.

thanks

This is a bit too terse for me. What is WFM?
Anyway, with my 4.79, Win98, there is no difference between the two URLs, and they look good to me even, even after two reloads. :)

Just tried these URL's myself - using W98SE and NS6.1

No problems - load OK first time and also OK from reload button.

Have you tried emptying the cache and trying again?

Mike of Sheffield.

WORSKSFORME...it's Mozilla bug jargon. It means I cannot reproduce the bug on my system. This is a NN4.x problem, then, because Gecko appears to be rendering perfectly. As usual. 8)

WFM in 4.79, so Mike of Sheffield may have a point.

Sharky,
If WFM stands for "works for me".
Then what would "does not work for me" be? DNWFM? (a bit too long?)
