Hi - I use Mozilla 1.7.3 for both browsing and for email.

I have found that when people send me attachments fro Outlook in most cases Mozilla won't display the attachment... when I scroll the message I sometimes see an indication of a .dat issue.

Any ideas on how to "see" all of my attachments on the inbound mail?

I think that you should give a better description of your problem.
I know that Outlook will not accept attachments from Mozilla, and the reverse may be true. I would always prefer to download the attachments, so that I can scan them for viruses, but, if they are, somehow in .dat format, I would have no idea what to do about them. I have a post from 1998 indicating problems. Or even better this.
It is not Mozilla's fault.
