Works great here, though 1.0.5 did as well. I only have two extensions installed though, ForcastFox and Adblock.

Incredibly smooth installation. My seven extentions were working fine in 1.0.5
so I can't the difference, other than the about:.... It is nice to see Firesomething, once again!

I guess we can all forget about that botched Firefox 1.0.5 release from a week ago.

[tt]en-GB[/tt] and other popular localizations of Firefox 1.0.6 other than [tt]en-US[/tt] are already available.

Something is strange in the About dialogue... What is the point to have non-scrollable scroll bar when it's not needed?

Was Firefox 1.0.5 for Mac OS X like this as well, or is this new?

My guess is that this is simply because the user agent string itself is physically longer than it used to be. The Gecko revision designation has grown an additional digit (1.7.10) with this release.

1.0.6 is as close to perfect as I have seen yet! I've really been giving it a workout for the past few hours and I have had no problems at all! :D I installed over 30 extensions just to see what does what and nothing conflicts with anything else.

Sadly to report that Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6 still does not comply with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

Can't Download using Firefox 1.0.6

Postby scooter » Mon 19 Sep, 2005 3:12 pm

Hi there! I've been using Firefox since the beta version and everything was
fine. Until recently, I can't download even a simple Adobe file from the net.

I always get this message : This object has been blocked.

Is it that I have turned off a setting accidentally ??? I've never encountered
this before, please help! Tks.

Regards,
scooter
