Fonts displaying wrong - all non-bold fonts in italics

Postby websta » Mon 01 Aug, 2005 10:25 pm

Greetings,

I've been a loyal Netscape users since it was spyglass. Until today. I'd loaded 8, disliked the default skin (black?) and deleted it, since I was still clinging to 7.2 anyway.

Now, fonts in my Nscp 7.2 browser (anything not bold) are in italics. Very very annoying. I reloaded 8 which now picked up the bug. Ran spyware and virus checks... nothing.

What's wrong??? And more importantly, how do I fix it??

Did you use the same Netscape profile for Netscape 7 and Netscape 8?

One quick try is to create a new Netscape profile and see if that helps.
