A suggestion to improve the SD701 Message Centre

Antony, how about if you created a [resizeimg] tag? That way, we wouldn't need to resize our screenshots/photos/whatever to fit the forum, we simply would have to use a [resizeimg] instead of an [img].

That is a good idea, but I don't think it would be technologically feasible.

It would be a good idea, apart from the fact that you'd be relying on your browser to resize the images.
In my experience, browsers don't generally do good job of that without making the images look awful!

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

It's a bit complicated.

It is possible for the forum to check the size of image and then apply specified [tt]height[/tt] and [tt]width[/tt] (resized), however, it won't be feasible for SillyDog701 software to check the image every time. Too complicated.

Also, it won't serve much benefit, as the images can still be extremely huge (in filesize), people posting inline images should consider the file size for other users.
