Your description does not ring any bell, including where is the yellow arrow which you see.
So, is this a new or very slightly used computer, with only the original programs, and seamonkey is the only new install. I don't think that the download triggered the problem, but, possibly the installation. I know of a fellow who installed Outlook, and started having error message, and he was given
this Microsoft link.
He never answered, so I don't know if he accomplished anything. You should also check your computer Start|Help and Support. I found a lot of Microsoft issues, but not about yellow arrow.
Although the circumstantial evidence involves Seamonkey, I doubt that it has anything to do with your problem, other than it triggered it.
