Simple. Here it goes.
Although I have Windows 7, but I don't have enough resources (RAM, CPU etc) to run IE 9 (or IE 10) efficiently.
And I don't have enough resources part justifies Antony is poor.
The system requirements for Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9 are identical for Windows NT 6.x (Windows Vista and Windows 7). They both require 512 MB RAM. If you can run IE 8, you CAN run IE9. And please don't give us the "Antony is too poor to afford this." You have a 12-core Mac Pro with 48 GB RAM.

My old i7 is still going strong, and 12GB of ram is still ample for my needs, so there's no upgrade coming from me on that front.
