Why don't you just download Opera yourself? No, it's not really like Netscape Mail & News, Outlook Express, Eudora and the rest of it. I haven't used it very much at all (now is the time when I need to try and persuade my friend Dannee to join this forum). One of the main differences between most other email clients is that it opens in a new Opera browser tab, instead of a whole new window.

M2 E-mail Client is a simple e-mail client. It doesn't use fonts or special effects, but is for sending plain, simple e-mails. I used to use it, but IncrediMail is better for what I want.

It would have to be a fairly basic email client, if it fits in a standard Opera download, which is very small compared to anything else around.

Be honest, M2 is terrific mail client program. It has some desadvantages like :
- messages are sent in the plain text olly
- special effects are not available
- it has a serious problem with message encoding

Well... I purchased Opera 7.20 when it became final and after working with M2 for a couple of weeks, I returned to Incredimail. I suppose I was used to the idea of folders... being able to save to some folders but delete the same message from others. You cannot do this in M2 for once you delete a message from any "view" (not folder) it is gone. So, you simply mark it read and it essentially disappears from view BUT it is still there. Frankly, I found the email client wierd, to say the least. I've used (and still do) Eudora. I've used Netscape Messenger (my personal favorite when it was part of the Communicator series). I've used Pegasus (didn't much care for it). I've used Incredimail, Outlook, Outlook Express and now am tinkering with Thunderbird. Not a single one of these mail clients caused the difficulties I found with M2. I just find it awkward and cumbersome. So much so that I followed the instructions for removing it. That is my personal opinion. Others may like it and disagree with me.
