Hi:
When making a website, would you please remember to think about
the 1% of the population who are either blind or visually impaired.

As more visually impaired or blind people now have access to the internet, as with sighted people it is very helpful for blind students as long as W3C is used.
Especially when posting images. Either explain or use Alt text.

Glad to say I've been using W3C HTML since HTML 4.0 (or whatever was included in Communicator 4), and continue to do so now with NS.

Yes. But this site is pretty good.
I use a magnifier. Just a small one at times.
