Where does the name of SillyDog701 come from?

I'm sure this has been asked countless times before, but I couldn't find a section on the main website with this info: What does the name "SillyDog701" mean, and where does it come from?

The name "Silly Dog 701" does not have any particular origins at all. It was chosen because it is catchy, easy to remember, and best of all, it contains a prime number. (If you are a math guy or you love numbers, you will know what is so special about primes.) And it is now "SillyDog701" instead of three separate words.
