I found a new Firefox version 13.0.1 funnelcake 11 in ftp.mozilla.org yesterday. I cannot look for its release notes. Where can I get this information?

You can find out about it, like I did, i.e. doing a Search. I got a bunch of hits, all pointing to a Russian version of Firefox. If you can read Russian, you can enjoy yourself, getting more info.
