On my Linux box that runs Mandrake 8.2, Netscape 4.75 came preloaded, and I assume that it looks the same, and I can find no immediate fault with it. I am not completely sure about Netscape 4.8, because it also cam preloaded with Mozilla 0.9.4, which I am currently using on it.

If you want my opinion, you should probably upgrade to a more resent Netscape or Mozilla. I recently tried using Netscape 4.8 on my Linux machine, which i rarely use because it also has Mozilla 0.9.4 on it, and found that it really didn't work all that good anymore.
