Windows Phone 7 OS won't have copy-paste support?

Postby Pu7o » Wed 17 Mar, 2010 7:22 am

According to Chris Ziegler of Engadget, Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 Series won't support copy-and-paste. According to Microsoft, "most users, including Office users, don't really need clipboard functionality".

Previously, Apple's iPhone OS didn't support copy-paste functionality either, but after fan outcry, Apple added this functionality in an OS update. Now apparently Microsoft is following in the same mistake?

Even the current Windows Mobile, terrible as it may be, has copy-and-paste support. From a usability standpoint, this is pretty disappointing.
