A Mozilla advocacy from SillyDog701. A new focus from SillyDog701 after Netscape Browser Archive. We strive to create a friendly Mozilla community, we want to make sure you know how to use the software, we also want you to be informed about all the relevant news. We call this new section MozInfo701.

 Flock, Inc released an eco-edition Flock browser for eco-minded users and to support the environment. Besides the green look, Flock browser eco-edition is powered by green information, media and opinion.
Besides , Flock will also donate 10% of income generated from Flock browser eco-edition
to a environmental charity at end of the year.
Flock browser eco-edition can be downloaded from Flock website.

 The Camino Project has released Camino 1.6, a major enhancement to Camino 1.5 series.
Camino 1.6 has following major changes and improvements made since the Camino 1.5 release, and is aimed to deliver an improved browsing experience.
- Automatic software updates
- Improved tabbed browsing
- Keychain compatibility
- Improved toolbar search
- Streamlined Find interface
- Enhanced AppleScript capabilities

  Apple today released Safari 3.1.1 for Windows and Mac OS X, an update to Safari 3.1 released a month ago. Safari 3.1.1 includes improvements to stability, compatibility and security.
In Safari 3.1.1, two of the four security fixes are for the Windows XP and Vista platforms. The other two related to Webkit apply to both Windows and Mac OS X.
Safari 3.1.1 is available from Apple Safari web page, and is available for both Mac OS X and Windows.

 SillyDog701 member profman informed us that Mozilla Corporation has released Firefox 2.0.0.14 is released to address a critical security issue. Firefox 2.0.0.14 is a maintenance update. Firefox 2.0.0.14 is based on Gecko rendering engine rv. 1.8.1.14.
Firefox 2.0.0.13 was released on 26 March 2008. Firefox 2.0.0.14 can be downloaded from Mozilla's download page. Firefox 2.0.0.14's Release Notes is also available.

Apple today released Safari 3.1. Apple claims Safari 3.1 to be the world’s fastest web browser for Mac and Windows PCs - Safari 3.1. In addition to loading web pages 1.9 times faster than Internet Explorer 7 and 1.7 times faster than FireFox 2, Safari 3.1 runs JavaScript up to six times faster than other browsers.
Safari is available for free download for Mac OS X and Windows.

 The Omni Group released OmniWeb 5.7 Beta 1, the first beta release of OmniWeb 5.7.
The Omni Group said, OmniWeb and Leopard aren't strangers, but we're releasing 5.7, the "faster, stronger, able-to-leap-tall buildings" version to take care of the remaining kinks.

OmniWeb 5.6 was released in October 2007.
