Netscape Strong Encryption Eligibility
Netscape Browser software contains encryption technology that is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and other U.S. law, and may not be exported or re-exported to certain countries (currently Afghanistan (Taliban-controlled areas), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria) or to persons or entities prohibited from receiving U.S. exports (including Denied Parties, entities on the Bureau of Export Administration Entity List, and Specially Designated Nationals). Downloading Help
Most recent versions of Netscape are quite large and would take a long time to download, however the connection might not be perfect at all times. My personal recommendation is using a downloading manager for all your downloads especially those large files, like Go!Zilla for Windows 9x/NT, Monica for Macintosh, Caitoo for Linux.
If you receive Error 421 message, it means the FTP server is too busy. If there are Error 421 or any broken links, please report.
